Ballet Bay Nelson Island

I awoke to the sound of the engines starting this morning and thought we were going to set the prawn traps, so I cuddled back under the covers with Hugo.

The second time I awoke, it was to Kent bringing me coffee in bed. It’s Sunday and he decided to have a day of R & R. We were on our way to visit our friends Dave and Gloria at Ballet Bay on Nelson Island.

We’re now tied to their dock, spending a day in the sun with amazing scenery surrounding us. There are dozens of purple starfish on the piling at the end of the dock. They must have found something good to eat – perhaps the barnacles.
